Because our products are edible cocoa mixes, we’re not able to accept returns once an order has shipped. This is for safety and quality reasons, since food products can’t be resold.
No Returns on Food Products
All cocoa mixes and other edible items are final sale and non‑returnable.
We’re happy to answer any questions about flavors or ingredients before you order so you can choose the best cocoa for you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If there’s an issue with your order, we absolutely want to make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- Your order arrives damaged or leaking.
- You receive the wrong product or something is missing from your order.
- There is a quality concern with the cocoa you received.

- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box if damaged.
Once we review your request, we’ll typically offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion, depending on the situation.
Shipping Issues
If a package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier.
If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll do our best to help, but we may not be able to replace every lost or stolen package.

We list ingredients clearly on our product pages and packaging.
If you have any allergy or dietary questions, please reach out before ordering; we can’t offer refunds for reactions or dislikes in taste.
